Camp Wood Conservation Bank

Ironwood Resource Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of Camp Wood Conservation Bank to its portfolio of clients represented in Texas. Approved by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in 2018, the 4,000 credit Golden-cheeked Warbler bank is currently available to offset adverse impacts to the endangered species habitat. Located near the headwaters of the Nueces River in the canyonlands of Real County, the sprawling 7,400 acre property has the capability of offsetting impacts throughout the majority of the Texas breeding range. www.ironwood-ra.com/camp-wood

Conservation banks provide a source of off-site compensatory mitigation for unavoidable adverse impacts to endangered species habitat authorized by the USFWS under the Endangered Species Act. The lands are permanently conserved and managed with the ultimate goal of species recovery.
